The rebuilt site

Responsive, accessible and structured around how HCPs actually look for things.

The brand refresh

A refreshed palette, logo lockup and stationery system built on CCON's own mark.

Where it started

The original site, before the audit and rebuild.

The challenge

Good content nobody could find. Navigation, hierarchy and content discovery all worked against the people the site exists for.

Our approach

  1. 01

UX audit of the existing site from an HCP's point of view, not an internal one.

  2. 02

New information architecture: user paths mapped, hierarchies simplified, key resources surfaced.

  3. 03

Reskin built on CCON's own brand elements — fresh colours, typeface, logo lockup and icon set — rather than a wholesale rebrand.

  4. 04

Responsive, performance-optimised build with accessibility standards baked in.
